In Tally for the April Bike Rally and had some service lights randomly on/off during the trip over from Ft Walton Beach. Jackie in Service prioritized me as a "Traveler" and worked with the Service Director Bob to truly make me feel valued. They had a full schedule but Bob did some troubleshooting and found the electrical problem. I was there for a minimal time and Jackie kept me advised of costs, time, and the results before they did the work. Great people and great work!
